Enterprise’s Rural Communities provides funding and training along with technical assistance to organizations to help create healthy, safe, green affordable homes and to increase opportunities for economic advancement for individuals and families in rural communities.

Together with partners and funders, we’ve helped create or preserve 25,100 affordable homes for families by leveraging over $2.2 billion in capital across the state.

Together with partners, we’ve helped create or preserve over 123,400 affordable homes by leveraging $8.2 billion in capital across the Southeast region.
