Amanda Davis

Amanda Davis, Ph.D. is Associate Director in the Impact & Evaluation department at Enterprise, where she leads the community analytics team. In this role, she helps teams across the organization understand community needs through a data-driven, place-based lens and supports programs in defining and measuring their impact through mixed-methods evaluation and research.

Prior to joining Enterprise, Dr. Davis was a research associate at the Baltimore Neighborhood Indicators Alliance, where she focused on housing and economic development, and served as a social scientist at the National Science Foundation. She holds a Ph.D. in geography from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and an M.S. in environmental science and policy from Johns Hopkins University.
